Baked Zucchini

This was delicious!!! I added about half a cup of mozzarella cheese too and it was soooo good. I could only get super market sized zucchini (about 7 or 8 inches long and fairly thin) so I used three. Wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!

Doreen's Ham Slices on the Grill

I absolutely love this recipe. I've made it on the bbq and in the oven. I've used the sauce as a dip (thickened) served warm. I'm even thinking of canning the sauce to keep on hand whenever there's ham on the menu!!! Thank you!

Pumpkin Cake I

WOW!!!! I don't care for pumpkin at all but this cake is scruptious!!! I am making it for a combination Thanksgiving and birthday for my father (who loves pumpkin pie). I am making a large loaf (16 by 4) and needed to double the recipe. It took nearly two hours to bake FYI should anyone want to do the same. I will use cream cheese icing to decorate with. I can't wait to present this one!!! Thank you for the recipe!!!!!!!!

Sweet-Potato Muffins

Very tasty and love the idea of giving the kids such a nutritious snack. However,I shredded the sweet potato in the food processor and it did not "disappear" while baking. It looked almost the same as it did raw. Next time I'll try to puree it more because my daughter took one look and would't try it! Made them again and shredded the potato finer. Better than ever!!!!!!!

Bubba's Pretzel Salad

This is simply a no-bake cheesecake. The filling and topping were absolutely delicious but I was ever so disappointed in the crust. I couldn't wait to experience the salty/sweet combo but the base was crumbly and tasted awful. I will try it again but will bake the crust first before changing it to good old fashioned graham crumbs.

Factory Workers Chicken

Delicious! I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts marinated overnight. Baked the chicken for 30 minutes and reduced the marinade on the stovetop. I added a tablespoon of brown sugar and a teaspoon of lemon juice to it, thickened it with cornstarch and WOW! Awesome over rice!!!!
