Easy Meatloaf

I made this meatloaf tonight...for some reason my meat did not really "LOAF"..I formed it into a loaf shape & baked. Did everything EXACTLY as the recipe stated...yet when I went to cut into it...it just crumbled. It never formed or glued together....(If that makes sense)

No Bake Rum Balls

We made these..for our CHRISTMAS goodie trays that we were handing out..The only thing is on the first batch it was dry & very time consuming to shape/form into balls, So on the next batch I just added a little bit more rum, It was about 1/2 cup total. I used regular Bacardi, & rolled in powered sugar. Very yummie!Gonna make a batch or two with Malibu coconut rum & roll them in coconut! Also are kids allowed to eat these? JUST CURIOUS? Thanks for the recipe!

A Cranberry Salad Keepsake

I made this recipe a couple of times now...I really liked the flavor & so did my entire family. The only complaint I have is the 12 servings size is a somewhat small size serving. I tried filling a muffin tin with this recipe (just to see what 12 equal amounts would be), the muffin tins were just under half full to get the FULL 12 servings size. Not very much...So I just double the recipe & everyone get more than JUST a TASTE, Other than that IT WAS YUMMIE! :) Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Blackberry Jam

I loved this! It was very simple to make. This recipe called for 1/4 tsp of cinnamon 1/4 tsp allspice, However I only added a pinch of the cinnamon and a pinch of the allspice, and it was still very over powering & it tasted like a holiday time jam. Next time I think I just won't add them and see how it works. STILL a great jam. Whole family loved it!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I made this....IT WAS THE BEST! I did alter it a little by adding a teaspoon of cinnamon and added 2 extra tablespoons of sour cream to it. It was the best banana bread I've ever made! I will Continue to use this recipe from now on!
