Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2004
I used a full tsp. of cinnamon. For some of the cookies, I added chocolate chips, and we liked them both ways. This recipe is a keeper.

As my 3 year old who helped make them said, "Mmmm...good." These are great! We'll be making these over and over.

Cocoa Quickies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2005
I added a tsp of vanilla. In order to save a few calories, I used 1/3 cup butter and they were still yummy and a nice change from the peanut butter oatmeal no-bakes I usually make. The coconut added a nice touch. Thanks!

Yum! I did add an egg white to the meringue so that it was a little bigger. Thanks for a great recipe.

Slow Cooker Tender and Yummy Round Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2005
This was very good, and I'll make it again. I used cream of chicken soup, because that's what I had and didn't use all the water. Thanks!

Delicious and SO easy. I used 1 tsp. vanilla instead of almond extract, and it turned out perfect. I'll be making again and again. Thanks!

Blonde Brownies I

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
I used white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet and used oats in place of the walnuts because we don't like them. I had to reduce heat a bit and bake a little longer because I used and 8x8 pan. They are delicious and I'll make again. Thanks!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2005
Very good as is. We also liked them with a caramel chocolate kiss, or mini snickers bar pressed in just after removing from the oven. We'll be making these again.

Dirt Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2005
Believe it or not, I used fat free whipped topping and cream cheese, sugar free pudding, and low fat sandwich cookies. I also used just 6 tbsp. of reduced fat margarine. It was still an incredible dessert. Thanks for sharing!

Oh yum! I used an earlier review suggestion and used an extra Tablespoon of reduced fat Peanut butter instead of the peanut butter cups. These are so good.

Meatball Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2005
I used the meatball recipe and just simmered in jar spaghetti sauce. They were really good. I did lightly brown before simmering to help hold form.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2005
Unbelievable! Thanks so much for sharing. Instead of using nuts, I added an extra 1/2 C. of oats and only used about 1 3/4 C. white chips. These are my new favorite cookie!

Peanut Butter Bars I

These taste SO good and are very easy to make. Mine didn't come out of the pan very neatly because I used both low fat peanut butter and margarine, but they still taste great. I'll be making these again. Thanks!

These received great reviews when my husband took them to work. I did substitute applesauce for the butter and use a homemade chocolate icing instead of drizzling with chips. Thanks. I'll be making again.
