Easy and very tasty. I substituted applesauce for the butter to cut the fat.

White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2005
Unbelievable! Thanks so much for sharing. Instead of using nuts, I added an extra 1/2 C. of oats and only used about 1 3/4 C. white chips. These are my new favorite cookie!

Meatball Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2005
I used the meatball recipe and just simmered in jar spaghetti sauce. They were really good. I did lightly brown before simmering to help hold form.

Oh yum! I used an earlier review suggestion and used an extra Tablespoon of reduced fat Peanut butter instead of the peanut butter cups. These are so good.

Dirt Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2005
Believe it or not, I used fat free whipped topping and cream cheese, sugar free pudding, and low fat sandwich cookies. I also used just 6 tbsp. of reduced fat margarine. It was still an incredible dessert. Thanks for sharing!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2005
Very good as is. We also liked them with a caramel chocolate kiss, or mini snickers bar pressed in just after removing from the oven. We'll be making these again.

Blonde Brownies I

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
I used white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet and used oats in place of the walnuts because we don't like them. I had to reduce heat a bit and bake a little longer because I used and 8x8 pan. They are delicious and I'll make again. Thanks!

This was very good, and I'll make it again. I used cream of chicken soup, because that's what I had and didn't use all the water. Thanks!

Cocoa Quickies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2005
I added a tsp of vanilla. In order to save a few calories, I used 1/3 cup butter and they were still yummy and a nice change from the peanut butter oatmeal no-bakes I usually make. The coconut added a nice touch. Thanks!

I accidentally opened cream of chicken soup and went ahead and used it. I omitted the flour and added garlic powder and black pepper. It was quite good and I'll be making this again and again. Thanks!
