Chef John's Pumpkin Pancakes

Made just as stated and it was amazing! Aerating the flour mixture makes it wonderfully fluffy and not dense. Loved it! came out just like the video.

I concur with the apple pancake post; or apple kibbles. Tripled the recipe, diced apples small, less egg - and still apple pancakes to be followed by pieces of apple in fried batter. It did taste fine.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Amazing! I just pre-baked bacon half way, baked in the oven only 30-40 min at 325, then hit broil for 10 minutes, to get nice crispy bacon! For my husbands, I added jalapeno pepper, he loved it so much he took a picture!~ Great work Anna !
