VERY VERY GOOD I didn't have anything but french vanilla cake mix ,so thats what I used, had 4 bananas so I used those. Added about 2 t of cinnamon to the cake mix. Frosted with a very thin coat of cream cheese frosting . Awesome cake no one would know its a mix, this one is a keeper.

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

We do a thanksgiving buffet at out Lodge for about 100 people. These are absolutely the easiest & the best. We always get compliments on the potatoes. When you are cooking for a large crowd fixing the potatoes ahead of the day needed is a great time saver.

Cabbage and Noodles

Very tasty made as written 1st time . 2nd time added more bacon & honey mustard dressing which also was very tasty. Made for a side dish to take to cookout & everyone liked this.

Banana Pudding II

Very good old fashioned pudding, I made as directed with the exception of the double boiler,I have a old pressure cooker pan that is thick & heavy. It works great for pudding & I stir constantly with a spatular & the pudding comes out perfect.

Corn Bread Squares

THE BEST EVER !!!! Made this for a men's group mtg. & everyone raved about it . Many said they thought they made the best till they ate this, definitely does not crumble when you slice & butter,. Only had sour cream so I used it instead of yogurt. No honey so I used 1 Tbsp sugar.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

I have a zucchini bread recipe, that I have used & loved for years. I decided on a whim to try this one & I am glad I did. I followed the recipe except for half oil & half applesauce, I also added pecans just a preference of mine.This was outstanding. A must try. Moist & Delicious !!!!
