Buffalo Shrimp
I was very upset when I read all the reviews, followed the recipe, nix cayn, and old bay instead of creole, and when the were finished they did not look like any of the pics......well let me tell you how great this recipe was, we did a trial, with 5 shrimp what a mistake, wanted more!!!! frying in a 6 in frying pan w about 1/2 of oil, used Franks red hot will make again very soon!!! thanks!! :) 5 min later- thought id clean up but my sauce was soooo good and I just happen to have a fresh loaf of italian bread I cut, dipped in sauce then blue cheese yumm yuumm, ruined my dinner

Alfredo Sauce
made for 1, super easy and great taste. I used 2 tbsps butter , 1/2 parm, and 1/2 heavy cream, mine was very thick and I added at least a 1/2 cup of 2% milk, used 1 clove or garlic and added some parsley. enough sauce for 2, on the side I also steamed 2 spears of asperagas, and pan seared a few freash shrimp and scallops. Amazing dish!! so excited and deff with not be buying the jar alfredo ANYMORE!! thanks :)

Mini Cheesecakes I
Great, Easy, Quick!! only thing... had a lot of extra waffer crumbs, going to make them agan next week!! Next time I will only crush half waffers. I used a whole teaspoon of crumbs followed by a drop of melted butter and the tiniest pinch of sugar b4 added the cream cheese mixture. They go quick!!
