Excellent! I used seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing, and rather than bake the pork chops in the oven, I simply placed the pork chops and beef broth back in the pan I used to saute the onion and celery, and I covered the pan with a lid and cooked over medium heat for 8 minutes. One less dish to clean, and half the time of baking. This was amazing - my husband hates pork, but he loved this.
