Apple Strudel Muffins
I made this recipe because my husband peeled way too many apples form me when I was making apple crisp. I substituted 1/2 c of applesauce for the butter because I was running low on butter and didn't want to run to the store. I also added about a teaspoon and a half of cinnamon to the batter and followed the other reviewers advice to use half brown half white sugar. I completely forgot the streusel for the top but they really didn't need it. They were moist and flavorful. I made them for my kids breakfast tomorrow but I had to test one just to be sure...so good

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)
I did these last night so that my kids could color eggs for easter today. I used fresh, straight from the chicken eggs and followed the directions exactly. 2 separate batchs of eggs and the test eggs from each batch were perfect. Perfect yoke, perfect texture and the shell peeled right off. We ate 3 out of each dozen so I think that's a pretty good sampling.I didn't have a single broken egg but, as another reviewer suggested, I placed the eggs in a bowl of warm water as the water in the pan was being brought to a boil.

Apple Crisp II
This is awesome! I made it for a big Sunday dinner with my family and my picky father loved it. None left and I only pulled it out of the oven 2 hours ago. Changed nothing, served with vanilla ice cream.
