Deluxe Blackberry Pie

Best Blackberry Pie I ever made. It does take some time to make but well worth it. I use Amaretto and just kind of poured some in. I did not measure it per say. I did use only four tablespoons of corn starch and it turned out fine. My recommendation is patience. I cooked and stirred the mixture for a while. Not sure exactly, but like 10-15 minutes while the sauce thickened. Once it got to the right thickness I knew It was ready. So take your time and it will thicken. It is worth it. Big hit with the family.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

My 15 year old son is learning to cook. He enjoys trying new things. We bought fresh Tilapia at our local Asian market. He filleted it and everything. He pulled this recipe off the internet and made this all on his own. WONDERFUL. It is an easy recipe that is very tasty and quick. He watched the fish like a hawk so it would not burn and it turned out great. I even took picture of him with it. Nice presentation, mellow flavor. Will do again for sure.

Like most of the reiviews WONDERFUL! EASY..Kids loved em, husband, loved em. Tried it with butterscotch chips but not nearly as good. The chocolate melts better and has a better coverage. Have made twice in a week.

Soft Zucchini Spice Cookies

Very good cookie. Very moist. I don't know if I shredded my zucchini wrong but it seemed very runny at first so I added more flour until it looked like I could make a dolup out of it. Worked out great. Made lots of tasty cookies. Will make again to use up all the Zuchhini we have from our garden.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Chops turned out great. Mine were very tender. Followed recipe for the most part. I had trouble carmalizing the onions, but I think that is because I just don't do it that often. Very good, will do again, great lunch the next day also.
