Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I made these for the first time for a BBQ on Labor Day weekend. They were a complete hit! The adults and the kids equally enjoyed them. Next time I might add a bit more ranch to them as I couldn't really taste it too much. They were great and I plan to make them again!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

This is an excellent, quick cornbread recipe that I use almost once a week. I make them as muffins which are perfect for my kids' after school snacks or to pack in their lunch boxes. The only thing I do different is to use Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking rather than real sugar & add about 1/4 cup of honey. Thank you!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This was a really good recipe. I'm a seasoning junkie, so I felt that it could use more seasonings to add more flavor. I used the whole jar of Bertolli Alfredo sauce and also added some cajun seasoning, garlic powder in addition to the fresh garlin & some onion powder. I definitely plan to make this again maybe trying a richer alfredo sauce and/or garlic and herb cream cheese. Great recipe though!

Cranberry Nut Bark

Quick, easy and yummy! After shelling a bag of pistachios I toasted them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and then put them in the food processer for a couple spins to chop them up quickly. Sprinkled the cranberries and pistachios on top only for presentation purposes.

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

Absolutely love this! Used 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 mayo since I ran out of mayo. Rave reviews and lots of requests for the recipe. I made it the first time as written and it was excellent, the second time I made it I added some garlic powder and onion salt to put a little bit more flavor in it.

Chicken Kabobs Mexicana

I didn't find this overly flavorful when I made it. Added minced garlic to the marinade and let it marinade for 4 hours. If I do it again I'll try doubling the spices and marinating overnight to see if that improves the flavor.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Great base recipe!! I used 2 c sugar, 1 c brown sugar, added some vanilla extract and subbed allspice for ground cloves as I didn't have any on hand. I also added walnuts to the mixture. I made a dozen muffins and a 9x4 pan of bread with the mix. Thank you! It was delicious!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Made this for Super Bowl and it was very tasty!! Used 1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken, layered the ingredients and baked at 350* for 20 minutes.
