AllRecipes ingredient search gets me this recipe for Middle Eastern Stuffed Zucchini. I am way too impatient to stuff Zucchini and I don't eat rice, so I am seeing another one of my bowl recipes coming on. The essential flavors will be lamb, lemon, garlic and mint. Anyone have a different idea? Hubby is out for dinner tonight so I can go wild.
