AllRecipes ingredient search gets me this recipe for Middle Eastern Stuffed Zucchini. I am way too impatient to stuff Zucchini and I don't eat rice, so I am seeing another one of my bowl recipes coming on. The essential flavors will be lamb, lemon, garlic and mint. Anyone have a different idea? Hubby is out for dinner tonight so I can go wild.

you could add pastina or other small pastas. But if you won't do the stuffing, you are not going to get anything near this recipe.

Just curious, why would you go Wild when your hubby is away? Is he the one who keeps you in control? I'm not being mean just nosy! hahaha:)

Sometimes when I experiment, I get an awful result. I don't like to subject my husband to recipes I have no clue how they will come out--like combining abunch of stuff out of the blue.

I once made a birthday cake for someone when I could not smell things properly. I didn't realize my vegetable oil had gone rancid. Yuck.
