Key Lime Cheesecakes with Raspberry Swirls
This is a great recipe! The quantities are right for 24 regular sized cupcakes; I made 36 mini cupcakes and still needed to bake the rest of the cheesecake mixture in a graham cracker crust I had on hand. As mini cupcakes, they are wonderful, flavorful and pretty. The jam may "hide" when you swirl it in, but it rises to the top as the cheesecakes bake.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Fantastic, easy recipe! This was a hit with everyone in my family. I now make a double batch, since they are great as leftovers, too. I also bring them to potlucks, and they always disappear quickly. None of the measurements are that specific - I often use more or less of something and they are still great.

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake
Everyone loved this cheesecake! I did use a water bath, after wrapping the bottom of my pan in foil to prevent leaks. There was some water inside the foil when I took it off, so I worried the crust would be soggy, but it was perfect. No cracks, very pretty and tasty.
