Home-Style Yeast Bread
Very good! I halved the recipe so it made one large loaf. I also used a Kitchen Aid stand mixer to mix and knead the dough, which makes breadmaking very easy. If you're new to making bread, remember to proof the yeast first by letting it sit for 10-15 minutes in the water with a few teaspoons of sugar added. After the yeast has puffed up, add the remaining ingredients. I'll definitely make this again!
