my very 1st time making cinnamon rolls and it was not too bad. i left it too long in the oven and tops became a little on the crunchy side, but it was soft and moist on the inside-just right. i would definitely make this again. after rising,the dough just stuck to the sides of the bowl so next time i will definitely oil my bowl before putting my dough in it. i would also recommend doubling the filling. i just used a glaze, didn't have cream cheese and it was still great. thanks for sharing the recipe!
