Bread Pudding III

I have made so many bread puddings, many from allrecipes, trying to find the perfect one. I've always been dissapointed...until this one! So delicious, exactly what bread pudding should be! I think the technique is key, tossing the bread with butter. And so important to let it sit and soak, at least 20 minutes. We enjoyed it warm, but it was even better cold the next day. Thank you!!

Oatmeal Pancakes II

I am in awe of this recipe, I wish I could give it a million stars! I have tried many "healthy" pancake recipes over the years only to be dissapointed and SO aware that you're eating a healthy pancake. Not here. This was so delicious, i wouild choose it over a white pancake anyday! I used brown rice flour I had ground in place of the other flour. Used whole oats instead of quick cooking. And used my own homemade yogurt in place of the buttermilk. Blending in the blender (I used my vita mix) until smooth was key. I stopped blending too soon and th first few were strange. So amazing, thank you so much for this recipe!!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

AMAZING!! We just had this last night. I was in a hurry so was looking for a no rise recipe. This was so amazing, I don't really have words. Delicious! I used half whole wheat flour and it was wonderful. The crust didn't really brown, I put in on the bottom next to the flame for a few minutes at the end to crisp it up. SO DELICIOUS!!! And SOOOO EASY!!! Thank you thank you!

Broccoli Sausage Breakfast Bake

The broccoli flavor was WAY overwhelming. I added it to the sautee for just a couple minutes instead of steaming it. By the end of the baking time though, it was too mushy. next time I will put the broccoli in fresh, and add way more sausage along with some seasoning. This has potential, just not as good as I wanted it to be

Minestrone Soup I

This was ok. My sister made it and loved it just like all the other reviews. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or it just wasn't my thing. I did add some extra broth like others suggested. I don't know that I would make this again. Sorry

Hearty Tuna Casserole

Amazing! This was delicious, and so much healthier without the canned soup . I used 1/3 cup each of sour cream, mayo and my fat free homemade yogurt. I think next time I will add double of the sour cream and yogurt, it was a little dry. I also added dill per someone's suggestion, wonderful! Next time I will add extra zuchinni, or italian squash which is what I used. Thank you so much for this idea!

Wonderful Banana Cake

this was amazing! I don't know how something so simple can be so delicious but it was. Dense and moist, wonderful flavor! I added choc chips to one pan, will not do that again as its not needed. Fabulous!

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

not good. Followed exactly except that I added some greens beans with the chicken. The stuffing was crunchy on top but mushy in the middle. Not a great flavor either. I really wonder what I did wrong, cause this was not good!

Easy Peanut Blossoms

These were awesome! I wasn't sure what baking mix meant, so I used pancake waffle mix that I had. I was surprised there was no egg in this, but they were delicious and soooo easy! I didn't have kisses on hand so I put 4 or 5 choc chips in the dent I made. They did brown a bit on the bottom, but I think that's my ovens fault. Will make again and again!

Honey Bun Cake II

Oh the deliciousness!!!! This was so yummy. I put only 1/8 cup of the white sugar in the cake, next time I will leave out completely. I left some of the streusel for the top, I liked it a lot that way. Next time I will do 2 layers of streusel. Wonderful!

Never Fail Pie Crust II

This is the most amazing recipe!! I've never made crust before because it seemed so intimidating. But I tried this one and I will NEVER buy crust again. It was so easy, and so delicious! I made chicken pot pie with this, pressed the bottom crust in and rolled the top crust. Perfect!

Mom's Good Cinnamon Rolls

So yummy!! The dough raised so well, it was perfect. I think next time I might add some vanilla to the dough like others suggested. And I used WAY more sugar and cinnamon than called for. I didn't measure any of the filling, just spread soft butter, white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon all over the rolled out dough till it looked covered enough. But the dough was perfect! Thanks so much

Rigatoni Surprise

This should be called Southwestern Pasta Surprise! I kinda expected a bit of italian flavor even with the salsa but there was nothing italian about it. However it was really good! Not gourmet by any means but a nice hearty super fast and easy yummy meal. I used whole milk instead of cream because thats what I had and it seemed to work just fine. Thanks for the idea!

Beef or Chicken Enchiladas

Loved this! The flavor was wonderful and I was so happy to not use any processed or refined products in it. Next I will double the sauce, I didn't think it was enough. And the sauce hardley thickened at all, I think I will try more flour next time or wisking the flour in the milk first. Wonderful flavor, will definitely make again!

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Not a fan! I followed the directions exactly and it was nearly inedible for me. My husband liked it ok but I had to wipe my salmon off and put some salt and pepper back on to be able to finish. The combo of the dijon and sugar on salmon just didn't work for me...I think maybe on chicken instead? I would also use less mustard. It overpowered the salmon rather than highlighting it. Sorry for the bad review, just didn't work for me. I did enjoy it being broiled though, I will use that cooking method again for my salmon.
