White Pizza with Roasted Garlic and Green Olives

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
this was deeeelish! i also used marinara sause to dip. Ok so for those of you like me who buy minced garlic and have never roasted a blub before... do NOT roast minced garlic. no bueno! I tried that and it burned to a crisp. luckily, i had a bulb on hand so i could have a do-over. Best thing is to put in a muffin tin. :)

Italian Summer Squash Polenta Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2012
Sorry, I just am not impressed with this recipe. It's vegetables in tomato sauce poured over soggy polenta and topped with cheese. Am I missing something? The recipe is easy and I am a huge fan of crisp veggies, but really, this is nothing special.

Surprise Muffins

Reviewed: May 16, 2012
After reading reviews I learned three things: 1- use liners 2- 350 degrees for 20 min 3- add 1/2 tsp cinn and vanilla. VERY good! I had no spilling and the muffins were moist and flavorful. I win!

Wow so delicious. The first time I made it perfectly. The second time I didn't have the oil hot enough. Make sure you do otherwise the oil soaks into the plantains and you've got nasty moosh.

I made twice. Had a hard time melting the cheese and getting the apples hot enough the first time so make sure to cook on low heat. I also used another type of apple, don't think it matters much. Deeelish!!

I made this hot and it is goood. Put cider in pot until just boiling and then poured into glass with schnapps and rum. I would probably never make this cold.

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
I'm probably giving this a few more stars than I should compared to things like fudge. It was a weird side dish but very flavorful at the same time. Will probably make again so I guess I like it :)
