T's Sweet Potato Fries
very good flavor, but I couldn't work out getting the right texture. The fries were cut pretty evenly in size but some were crisp and others rubbery.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
love it! mine didn't turn out as pretty as some others, but that crunchy on top of fluffy potatoes was nice. I like that the filling isn't too sweet and i used butter toffee peanuts instead of pecans. tastes like peanut brittle on top, yum!

Holiday Cranberry Applesauce
this is a nice healthy dish. the textured surprised me. I might go with a heavier sauce or straight out red pasta sauce next time.
