Autumn Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
Very good recipe! The only change I made was to the crust. I didn't have pecans but rather a mix of pistacho's, pecans and almonds. The recipe was great, very pretty. This would make a nice gift for someone. I will make this again. Thanks.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
My son and I attended a holiday bizarre and a local bakery gave us samples of chocolate mint cookies. They were wonderful and I'm not a big mint/cookie fan. I found this receipe as it was chocolate and used mint chips instead of white chocolate chips. This tasted like girl scout thin mint cookies only bigger and softer. They were a huge hit with my boys and their friends. We will make again.

Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
Easy and yummy. Simple to make. Mine didn't turn out at pretty as the one in the photo but that is because I used whole strawberroes that were frozen after our summer fruit picking. But it was very tasty and all gone very quickly.

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
I read the reviews and I didn't want to take a chance and have a runny sauce so I decided to bake the incredients before adding them to the pie. It worked perfectly. I took the previous suggestions and used 5 cups of blueberries, 4 tea cornstarch and added cherry sugar free geletin to the mix. Perfect pie!!!!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2013
When my family gets a craving for chocolate, this is the cake we make. The only change I made was to use 2 eggs instead of 4. It comes out perfect everytime. I love it warm with a dollop of whipped cream. I would like to try this as a fat free recipe and see how it turns out. Try it you won't be dissapointed.

Bobbie's Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2013
Wonderful!! Made the house smell good too. Family can't stop eating them. I tried one so I could write a review. Pretty dang good! Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle. Didn't have raisens or pecans so I used dried cranberries and walnuts-super yummy. I loved reading everyone's tweek's to the recipe, I'll have to try some of those twists in the future.

Ron's Bread Machine White

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2013
Wonderfully easy, super tasty. We made a large salad for dinner and I had just tried this recipe for the first time. Turned out to be a great dinner combo. I cannot comment if it lasted well or as good as regular store bought bread because our loaf is all gone. Gonna make another one right now though. Great recipe!!!
