To Die For Blueberry Muffins

We love these muffins. The only changes I made were throwing in some vanilla and I use fresh, but frozen, blueberries. I also use brown sugar instead of white for the topping. One neat trick I have is that I grate cold butter, the colder the better, for the topping instead of cubing it. It works great, but you have to work quickly with it. Last, I freeze the muffins once done and take them out the night before work a day at a time. I love them as a before work snack!

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

I made these muffins exactly like the recipe stated to make them. They had a slightly bitter after taste. I even double checked to make sure I added everything! You definitely have to double the recipe to get 24 muffins as I had enough batter for exactly 12. You're better off trying the To Die For Blueberry Muffins, now those rock!
