Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These were amazing. I didn't think that they would live up to the hype but they did! I followed the recipe exactly. Only refrigerated part of the dough--both ways turned out great, the unrefrigerated dough just made thinner cookies and were crispier on the edges. Overall the taste was phenomenal and the texture was perfect!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

This was delicious! I did change a few things. I used 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 can light red pinto beans and one dark, 1 can of chili beans, I can of diced tomatoes with spices, a packet of chili seasoning, and added a whole onion and lots of garlic. Oh and the cup of salsa. The extra spices in the beans and tomatoes made it pretty spicy but it was still delicious, thick and flavorful!

World's Best Lasagna

I made this for the second time last night. The first time, I added extra cheese (all kinds) and it was WAY too much. This time I stuck exactly to the recipe (minus the fennel--couldn't find it in stores) and it was fantastic! My fiancee loved it too!

Asian Orange Chicken

This was amazing! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added more red pepper than it called for--which was a mistake, it was way too spicy for me, although my dad loved it! Besides that, it tasted just like orange chicken from a restaurant, and was not difficult to make--just a little time consuming.

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

So good! I didn't have fontina or feta cheese, just used mozzarella and parmesan. I also added some roasted red peppers. It was delicious and so easy!

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

This was so good, quick, and easy! The perfect dinner in a pinch! I didn't have any red pepper flakes, so I added some chili powder and some garlic. It definitely wasn't enough filling for 8--maybe I was just putting too much filling in, though.

French Baguettes

This bread is SO good, and so easy to make. I usually just make one big loaf instead of two, it still turns out perfect. I make it exactly as is and bake for 20 minutes. I don't use the egg wash on top--just some butter when it comes out of the oven.

Baked Lemon Chicken

This was a very easy and yummy recipe. I took the suggestion of others and broiled it for the last few minutes....which turned out burning the top :( but fortunately it was just a little extra crispy, not super burnt, so it was still edible and actually tasted really good! I will definitely make it again, and make sure not to broil it quite as long...

Honey Baked Chicken

This was so yummy, and super easy! I seasoned chicken tenders with garlic powder, salt, pepper, herbs de provence, and parsley before baking. While the chicken was baking I made the sauce, and added it about ten minutes into baking. I didn't have quite enough honey for the sauce, but it still turned out great! I did add a little extra mustard because I'm a mustard fan, but I didn't really notice much of a difference. Because I used chicken tenders instead of breasts, they baked in about 30 minutes rather than an hour. Again, soo easy and good!

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

I made this tonight for my roommates (one of which is a vegetarian) and me. We all loved it! I added two cans of black beans (drained and rinsed) instead of the black bean soup and baked beans. I also added a few extra spices- cumin, paprika, ginger, and red pepper. It could have used more spice, so next time I'll use more chili powder--but it was still great! And super easy.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

This was so easy and delicious! I don't usually like "Asian" food, but this was so good. My roommates and my boyfriend loved it, too! I added a little less hot sauce (about 1/2 as much) because I'm not a fan of spicy food, and it came out just right.

Key Lime Pie VII

This was great!! So easy and tasty. I didn't see many bubbles, but 8 minutes was still long enough. I didn't add the zest- still tasted great to me, maybe it will be even better next time with the zest! I also used a garlic press to juice the limes-- so much easier. I can't wait to make this recipe again!!
