Blueberry Sauce
Great sauce. Very thick and delicious. I served it right away, though I read other reviews that said not to, but I didn't have time to wait. Oddly enough it tasted like cherries to me, my kids thought so too. But, it was still delicious and I made the recipe just as it stated. I did use fresh picked Maine wild blueberries (a perk living in Maine!) so that may have affected the flavor since they have a different flavor than other types of blueberries. Overall I was satisfied and will make this again.

Sweet Potato Casserole I
I made this for Thanksgiving this year, having never made it before. Let me start off by saying this is VERY sweet! I love sweet things, so that is fine with me, but it was almost like a dessert it was so sweet! Secondly, it was a bit runny. I followed the instructions completely and my sweet potatoes were mush by the time I was done cooking them. After letting it sit for a bit after baked it did thicken a little, and trust me, we all still ate it. But I would suggest maybe cooking the sweet potatoes only for about 5 minutes, if at all! Overall a good recipe.

Best Ever Banana Bread
I made this bread because I was looking for a banana bread recipe that called for buttermilk. I made it exactly according to directions and it came out wonderfully! It doesn't puff up like I am used to, it stayed pretty flat on the top, but that doesn't matter to me. I would rank this right up there with my normal recipe that I use, so it is VERY good! Quick and easy to make too!
