BUSH'S® Smoky White Bean and Tomato Soup

I prepared according to directions and this soup turned out perfectly. There was plenty for leftovers the next day and I served the soup with a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Delicious and fast to prepare.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

I have never been a fan of stuffed peppers but this recipe is incredible. I cooked with ground chicken instead of beef and the flavor was still delicious. Thank you for sharing! We'll have this one again tonight.

Creamed Tuna On Toast

My mother taught me to make this when we were short on cash. We typically make our own cream sauce by whisking 1 tablespoon of butter with 2 tablespoons of flour and then very slowly adding a total of 2 cups of milk until it thickens. Whisk the flour and butter mixture constantly while adding the milk to reduce lumps. Then simmer it a bit and as it thickens add the tuna, we use two cans drained and then add a can of peas and salt and pepper. This will always be a favorite of mine. Thanks for posting.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

This is a foolproof recipe. Very simple and easy to make with excellent results every time. For reheating, I add a bit of chicken broth over the top, put foil over and heat in oven for a few minutes. Delicious and moist.

Bourbon Chicken

This chicken was fantastic! I followed the directions with the exception of using about 1/2 of the bourbon the recipe called for but found that it still tasted a bit too strong. Thank you for sharing this recipe - I'll use it again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These muffins turned out really great. I used 1/2 cup sugar and added applesauce in place of the oil and also used brown sugar on the crumb topping which was delicious!

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak II

This smells delicious while cooking. We added the additional salt which made it un-edible! The soy sauce adds plenty of sodium so no additional salt is necessary. Otherwise, this dish is terrific. Thanks for sharing.
