Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
Excellent! Even my picky husband loves it and says, "That's a keeper!" The sauce took a little longer than I expected so, I'll make up a big batch of the sauce and save it. It is so much better and cheaper than store-bought teriyaki sauce.

BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
FANTASTIC!! I make this all the time just for us or family picnics! Double the dressing recipe so it's a bit more moist, and add a pinch of salt to the dressing. Mmmm, hopefully there's some leftovers so I can have a small serving for lunch the next day!

Delicious and elegant. Would serve this to guests. I used Orange Roughy and Flounder because that's what I had. Cannot wait to try it with other fish.

Ham Bone Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
WOW! This is Great! I only omitted the green peppers. No seasoning added which was just amazing to me. Even my picky husband loved it! I'll make this from now on with my ham bone. It's way better than split pea soup. Thank you so much for the fantastic recipe.

Simple and pretty colors for the holiday table. This was a hit for the whole family. Just wish there was a way to make the sauce stick to the beans.
