I love using fresh, organic if I can ingredients in my meals. I like eating healthy and not making meals that exceed calories since I'll be eating most of it. I usually cook for my family and they are not used to the taste of healthy (esp. anything whole grain) but I am teaching their taste buds. I also enjoy eating out and trying different restaurants and learning from others.

My cooking tragedies
I'm good at making cupcakes, cookies, and brownies but sometimes I fail with breads lol. Once I doubled the salt instead of sugar =X but that was a long time ago!
