Lemon-Pepper Salmon

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
That was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! We just finished eating it for dinner, and I had to come rate it! It was so, so, so flavorful! And I barely changed anything. The only thing I changed was I put the minced garlic in at the beginning with the oil and butter. I also added fresh mushrooms in with the tomatoes. SOOOOOOOO yummy! Thanks for the recipe! I will be making it again as soon as possible!

Great flavor! I took advice from the other reviewers and added Wors. sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, steak seasoning, and seasoning salt. Turned out great!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2010
It was delicious! I did everything the same, except only used half of the broth (wine and herb flavored), didn't use the bullion, and used cornstarch instead of the butter and flour. Thanks!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
This was great! I added a few things to suit my parents' tastes since I was cooking it for them. I added a can of corn and a can of rotelle tomatoes, and left out the jalepenos and green chiles. I used 1/8 tsp of cayenne. Taking out some of the spice but using the mild rotelle tomatoes made the perfect amount of spice for my mom who doesn't mind spicy, as long as it's not too spicy. I also used 1 can of broth and 2 cans of cream of chicken, because i liked the texture better that way. Instead of putting the cheese in the pot, I put a bowl of a Mexican mix of shredded cheese on the table. very yummy!

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
This was great! I added some shredded carrots and broccoli along with the onions, to add some vitamins in. :) My family really liked it! They all asked if I had bread to eat it with, and I didn't, so I would suggest a good fresh, crusty bread for bread-loving families like mine. Like others, I also just smashed the potatoes right there in the pot instead of pureeing them. And instead of the cream, I used half sour cream, half milk. Great soup, thanks!

Cookies and Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
I loved this because it was soooo easy and yummy! I forgot to cover it when I put it in the freezer, so it tasted a little like the freezer. :) But that was my fault. I even got the low fat whipped topping and the cheap brand of cookies, and it was still soooo delicious! I also put some cookies on top.
