About this Cook
I love to cook and I'm always looking for new recipes to try.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake and make candy. Old home cooked comfort food is a favorite as well. Many of my dishes are things my mom my grandma and great grandma made.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make old fashion hershey's fudge one time which I've made many times before I didn't get it off the heat in time and it turned into taffy. I've also burned a number of dishes. But not in a long while.

Cheesecake Brownies
Love this recipe!! Started making these for Thanksgiving a few years ago now people ask me to bring them for every family get together and its so easy! I might get some of the spring colored chocolate chips to throw in for easter this weekend.

Quick and Easy Vegetable Curry
Its tasty but it tastes more like my chili rather than curry. And I put probably 5 tablespoons of curry powder in and used a can of coconut milk.

Easy Lasagna I
this was SOOO good. I used 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb of italian susage and a 28 oz jar of sauce I also put a teaspoon of garlic in with the meat when I cooked it and put all the motzerella on top and drained a can of spinach and put it with the cheese on the middle layer.
