OH MY GOSH!!! These are the absolute BEST pancakes ever!!! I followed the recipe exactly as written (although I did melt the butter in a glass bowl and added the milk to heat it for another 15 seconds to bring it down to room temp- don't even know if I needed to do this at all) MAKE THESE TODAY !!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. My kids and I can't stop raving about them !

Surprise Banana Cake

I could not believe the ease in baking this cake! I took out a stick of butter, threw it in the microwave for 20 seconds, then threw all the ingredients in the mixer ( along with a suggested 1/2 tsp baking powder). Within 3 minutes my batter was ready. I spooned it into the prepared pan and sprinkled a handful of chocolate chips over the top of the cake. 30 minutes later it was done, and then 30 more minutes and my family had gobbled down the whole thing! DELICIOUS!!

Blueberry Bars

this is my first time rating a recipe on this site and all i can say is 5 stars! The first time I baked this, I forgot to add the egg to the crust - yet it came out perfect anyway. The second time, I did it with peaches ( and remembered the egg!) and it was yummy. Recently I made it with mangos and then with mangos and peaches. I gotta say it has come out perfect every time! My only substitution was upping the cornstarch by another tablespoon and using 1/2 cup brown and 1/2 cup white sugars in the crust. Thanks ! Rave reviews from every one.
