Krystal's Perfect Marinade for BBQ or Grilled Chicken

This was very good! I had to sub. white balsamic for the regular(i was out of regular). I marinated overnight and the flavor was good but strong - next time I will try it for 8 hours.

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

This was delicious, quick, and easy! I will definetly be making this again. May opt for the light cream to save on calories next time. UPDATED - 2nd time making this - made some changes and it was FABULOUS!!! After I removed chicken from the pan I sauteed about a half an onion, a can of artichoke hearts and 2-3 cloves of garlic, then added the LIGHT cream, mustard, and tarragon. Also added 3/4 chicken broth to extend the sauce without adding calories. Thickened it with flour. Served it with white rice and a salad. It was DELICIOUS!!

Eggplant Rollatini

This was a BIG hit! Just a few changes... 1 - I sweated the eggplant first 2 - added fresh grated parmesan to the egg 3 - added sauteed red onions and garlic, along with spinach and italian seasoning to the cheese filling Can't wait to make this again!

THESE WERE GREAT! I followed the tips by other reviewers - I doubled the recipe (but cut the ketchup in half) so I used 3T minced onion, about 2T garlic powder, a few dashes of hot sauce and 2T of chipotle chili powder.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

This was really good. I added a thyme and rosemary to the pork in addition to the other ingredients, and pan seared. When the meat was done I poured the wine and pan drippings in to the searing pan to make the gravy. Next time I'll use fresh garlic.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

This was sooooo good!!! A few variations - used 1 cup chicken broth, only 1 cup white beans, added 1 can stewed tomatoes, doubled the garlic, added 1tsp chipotle chili powder, omitted the jalepeno and green pepper, and cut the cayenne down to 1/2 tsp because I was afraid it'd be too hot for my 2yr old. It was still too spicy for him but it was FAB!! The sauce was thick and tasty. i usually buy the white chicken chili packet at my local grocer but I'm DEFINETLY adding this to my list of favs. Homemade from now on!!!!

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

This was really good with some variations...I cubed the chicken and seasoned it with basil, salt, pepper and oregano. Then I sauteed onion and asparagus in olive oil until almost tender, then added the sundried tomatoes - cooked for about 2 min, then added garlic and followed the rest of the recipe.

MMMMM... Brownies

DELICIOUS!!! A few changes...I used peanut butter and chocolate chips, increased the sugar to 3/4 cup, and added 1/3 cup cocoa powder. Served warm with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whip cream - OMG YUM!!!!
