Mom's Pie Crust for a Double Crust Pie
So my thoughts on the recipe is that it is not that great but I did not give it one star because it may be because of a few things. The dough needs to be really thin I think for it to be "light and flaky". I like a thicker dough so one recipe was enough for just the bottom of my 9 pie pan. Then I did another for the top pattern. Anyhow when baked it was ediable but definately not award winning. I will try to thin out the crust and then update this review but those do not want a paper thin crust this is not quite the one to use.

Lizzy's Creamy Chicken Bake
This recipe is fairly basic and easy to put together or add things to make it your own. I did not have chicken breast so I used chicken thighs so I did not have the problem of the meat not having enough flavor. For all the people who were having flavor problems its because chicken breast is nbot a flavorful piece of meat due to the fact that it is so lean and can be think and lean so you get a mouthful of bland. If that is a problem try brining you chicken breast and then use them for whatever your cooking. The only thing I added was spinach and I might add diced tomatoes next time to just for some freshness since everything is from a can. It tasted fine and made my dinner a breeze :)

Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal Cookies
Yes I liked the cookies but like everyone else I did make small changes to fit my tastes. I did not use cinnammon I used 1.5 tsp of pumpkin spice which has cinnammon in it but also a bunch of other nice spices. I also use 2.5 tsp vanilla but I do not think that most people notice but I do. Anyhow when I have chocolate lovers around I decrease the nuts to 1/2 a cup and add 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate. Depending on the size of your cookie the time is fairly accurate when I use my tablespoon cookie scoop its perfect but when that broke (ahhh) then I did it by hand and they needed a extra min or so. Overall I like the recipe and recommend it...they make alot of cookies so I would think twice about doubling the recipe unless you really need to either way they will definitely be eaten! :)
