This was so delicous and super easy!! I made it with minute rice and some veggies. Yummy!! Thanks! The only addition I made was a touch of paprika and additional garlic because I love it!

Love this recipe!! I doubled it after reading reviews and brought it to my nieces soccer game! Big hit! Hubby loved them too! I got 40 form a double batch. This was one of the easiest things to bake ever! I did add less nutmeg and to me it was still too much, but everyone else loved them as is. I also just brushed melted butter on top and then sprinkled a premade cinnaman sugar from the store on top. Next time I might brush the whole muffin with the butter and sugar - Like I was suppoed too! lol. Other than that - I followed the recipe as is. Thanks Dianne!!

This recipe was great! I was doing an "ogre party" for my husbands birthday. It just means everything had to be "ogre" sized. so i used this recipe to make huge bagels that I made into huge pizza bagels. Once i get pics i'll add them. They turned out great! I used 1 and 1/8th cups water as suggested. I found when I let them rise longer after shaping them they didn't boil right. I don't know if it was because they were too big or what. But 15 or twenty minutes was enough, and they turned out perfect. Thanks! Will definetley be making these againe - regular sized!
