Jalapeno Hummus

Outstanding hummus recipe. We ended up cutting the recipe down a bit and it came out crazy spicy with basic conversion so we just tossed in a few more chickpeas and awesome flavor explosion ensued. Thanks!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Im a crappy cook and was able to ace this one...my only issue was the topping didnt brown/crisp so I assume I used too much. Nxt time im using spicy mango mustard just for more tange/kick

Fresh Corn and Zucchini Saute

As a noncook this recipe is awesome and easy without an overwhelming amount of ingradients. I ended up having to cook the onions a little longer then suggested, but everything turned out deliciously. Saved and will make again. I love how easy it is and how it doesnt break the bank for someone who doesnt quite have the home garden thing figured out yet(plants die in texas lol).

Tuna Tofu Salad

Followed directions and this came out tasting chalky with a weird aftertaste. I really wanted to like this :( I just ended up making a mess in the blender. Maybe I used too hard tofu?? I dont know.

Key Lime Pie VII

I have never made keylime...or really any pie before and this was awesome easy and delicious. I used the premade baby pie crusts for this. It made about 12. It had the awesome tartness that you dont get from store bought. My one issue was that I never saw tiny bubbles...probly from my tiny crusts. And I ended up baking for about 12 minutes total. Turned out perfect. Thankyou!! I must be a bad juicer because I used about 30 keylimes(a bag was like 1.50).

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Everytime I make poppers, they turn out too crunchy. Next time ill blanche first as some reviewers have suggested. The filling is superb. Any suggestions for seasoning the bread crumbs??

Bacon Wrapped Pesto Chicken

I give this a solid meh. It was easy and quick to make but it isnt fabulous and not 5 star worthy. The chicken came out kind of dry but greasy from the oil on top. It was definately edible and bettwr than plain chicken, but not in ny favorites. Will most likely not make again. I see some loved it, but even as a pesto fan this was not my cup o tea.

Chicken Puffs

Filling tastes great alone. The crescent dough ruins it and makes this overly rich and bland . If I made again I would roll the dough thinner and maybe add more garlic or hatch peppers to the chicken mixture.... it also took me about 27 minutes on 325 to get these browned due to dough thickness.

Maple Salmon

Great recipe. It is basically teriyaki flavored when all is said and done. Dont use fake "maple" pancake syrup. Grade D real maple syrup works fine. I only marinated for like 5 minutes then used the excess sauce as a glaze. Didnt turn over. Baked for about 15 minutes then swapped to broiler like someone else suggested for 3-5 minutes after spoonong over any sauce dripping. Came out awesomely.

Brunch Egg Bake

Nothing special going on here. Very heavy and has that boring every casserole flavor. I found this to be rather bland and in need of some other seasonings to make it stand out. Too much cheese. There are much better and more flavorful egg casseroles out there.
