no need to husk it first...easier to put all in microwave and cook for 4 minutes per ear...when done cut off stalk end and squeeze top, corn slides out with no silk. perfect everytime

This sounds like the exact recipe on the back of the Hersheys cocoa container...but it is an incredible cake...only change I make is to add hot coffee instead of hot water....coffee really makes chocolate taste better

I've always been known for my key lime pies so trying a new recipe didn't seem necessary. Boy was I wrong....this is incredible...and no eggs..WOW it couldn't be easier and the taste is perfection...not too sweet or tart. Everyone loved it. thank you for giving me a new and improved Key Lime Pie. I made my own crust using gingersnaps and pecans, crushed fine in food processor with sugar and butter. Instead of pie pan I made this in a 9" springform pan. looks like a cheesecake when done. Also I've tried this with 2 and 3 cans condensed milk, with 2 cans the pie was much more tart. If you prefer a more subtle lime flavor use 3 cans. Either way it is the best and easiest key lime pie ever.

4 stars as written a little too salty Excellent garlic butter, however I would suggest using garlic powder instead of garlic salt.

This is very similiar to the remoulade I make, but there are 2 ingredients not listed which are almost essential...cajun seasoning and prepared horseradish...really makes this incredible.

If you want to cheat and make this REALLY easy, use the frozen bread dough from your grocer. just let it thaw according to package directions and continue with the recipe as written. no need to make your own dough and every bit as good.

Don't know what these people who are complaining it is too sweet are doing. This is the exact recipe I use for my cream cheese frosting on my carrot cake. Definately NOT too sweet. If they only use 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar they will end up with a glaze and not a frosting.

I have made this incredible cake 2 times now and think it is the best chocolate cake I have ever had. The first time I made it as the recipe is, the second time I used raspberry liquor(Chambord). Wow was that ever good...nothing better than chocolate and raspberries. Now I want to try it as a layer cake with a cream cheese frosting. Not sure how long to bake it, will just have to experiment...Also, intsead of chocolate chips, try adding chopped reeses peanut butter cups...YUMMMM
