Spaghetti Squash I

I took this over to a friends house and they all liked it. I did add some artichoke tapenade to it. Thank you for sharing this recipe

This was very good, I had mild Italian sausage so I used that and forgot to add the capers & wine, I used basil instead of oregano it turned out great, loved the flavor hopefully I will remember to add the capers & wine next time. Thanks for sharing

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I like others used a different seasoning, also used olive oil, tasted good but one side of the potatoes burned the other side didn't brown enough, I used parchment paper so they didn't stick but they were not crispy. Will try this again but at a lower temp. or not so long.

Apple Cranberry Stuffed Pork Chops

Loved, loved, loved, this. made it for Mothers Day, I a mom of 5 I had 23 people over and everyone loved the chops, I added cream cheese & some grated cheddar to the veggies while they were still hot it melted into them, made it on Saturday & cooked them Sunday, YUMMMMM!!! Thank you for the recipe:)

Cabbage Rolls

This is a very simple, and simply delicious recipe, I used regular cabbage & tweaked the recipe a bit but I loved the tomato soup & stewed tomatoes, I added the dill to it, because I already had a meat mixture made up. I did forget the bay leaves witch I think would have made it even better.

Elegant Fig Appetizers with Goat Cheese and Almonds

I had some goat cheese & some fresh figs wanted to use them, glad I found your recipe, I think if the figs were not so ripe this would have been better, everyone enjoyed them anyway. Thank you for sharing

Pork Chops With Red Cabbage

5 stars for us I marinated the chops in pickle & olive juice to tenderize & flavor them, I only had whole berry cranberries but it was real good with them, didn't have the caraway seeds but everyone loved the dish my daughter is 16 and want this as a regular.

Fragrant Chicken Curry

Everyone said it was different,but it was a big hit with the family & friends. I did change it up a little bit though, I didn't have the milk, or tomatoes, I added a jar of green curry from Trader Joes that I had in the pantry and I had some apples that had been soaking in a dressing that I made last week, I also added some veggies from the garden, it was very good. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

This was very good, I had company over for dinner and they could not have any milk products so I put chicken broth instead of milk and put cheese on the side for those who could have it. Everyone liked it. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
