Oven Fried Chicken II

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
I always use parchment paper to line the baking pan. No need to drain grease, ever! Just remove the meat when it is finished cooking, wonderful alternative to greasing or oiling a pan. Great for pork chops also....

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
Delicious, creamy, creamy rice pudding,,,The kind I have always dreamed of making. I had to use up some leftover heavy cream, so I used a cup and a half of the cream and 1/2 cup 1% milk for the rest. I do not like raisins. I added 1 T. honey and 1 T. brown sugar to the sugar. Who cares about the fat and calories. This is a treat. It is supposed to be WONDERFUL, DELICIOUS, you must try this. :))

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
Frosting tip, blend nutella, cool whip and caramel syrup ......... begin in a bowl of course and make in small amounts, adjusting the ingredients to your taste preference. Before refrigerating, top the cake with half of the frosting mixture, saving the remaining frosting in the cool whip container to top the cake before serving. That way you have no worries of the saran or foil affecting the frosting appearance.

Remove meat from bone after cooling. meanwhile,,,,The broth in the pot thicken with a butter and flour roux. Use over baked potatoes, rice, or noodles. Amish Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
No sugar, no vinegar. Use miracle whip and real mayonnaise. If the recipe calls for 2 cups of mayo or whip, just adjust the recipe, use 1 cup mayo and 1 cup miracle whip. Extra eggs do not hurt. If you like them add them. More eggs mean more mayo/whip........ Remember, the longer the salad has to wait for serving, the eggs and macaroni will absorb the mayonnaise and miracle whip. Just add more of each until it is to your preferred consistency. You do not need celery seed either. For a kick add 1 T worcestshire. :)
