Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

This was excellent. So easy to make too. Full of flavor. I served it with sushi rice and broccoli. I made it in an enamel cast iron pot. I browned the chicken on the stove top, added the rest of the ingredients and cooked it in the oven for 3 hours at 325. I will definitely make it again! Thanks for the great recipe.

Peppermint Punch

When I read the reviews, I thought this was going to be looking like cottage cheese and I would have to stir it all night. But I didn't. I used Edy's 1/2 the fat peppermint ice cream, milk and ginger ale. It was tasty. Everyone liked it and I had no leftovers. It looked creamy and fluffy - just like snow. Perfect punch for our Christmas party. Yum! Thank you for the great recipe.

Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

Everyone in my family LOVES these pancakes. They are so light and fluffy and super easy to make. I don't add the butter I use oil instead. I also add around 1/4 cup of water to thin it out a bit. SOOOO GOOOOD THANK YOU!!!

Rugelach with Cream Cheese Filling

These were very good. Easy to make. I used mini chocolate chips and cut the circle into 12 triangles to make enough for my cookie exchange. Very tasty. I almost didn't put all of the cinnamon in because I thought it might be too much but it wasn't.

Amish White Bread

I love this recipe. So easy to make. When my kids smell this bread when they come off the bus they run! It is sweet but not too sweet and is like heaven with butter and homemade strawberry jam. If you are debating on making this - just do it. You won't regret it. It is BLISS!
