Cindy's Pumpkin Pie
HELP! I made this recipe two days ago. I followed everything to a "T". When I poured the mixture into the pie shells- they only filled up half way. I had a torte... not pumpkin pies. I did use 3 cups of ice cream- I went online to look at a pint to cup ratio. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I took the eggs straight from the frig- they were not at room temperature. The ice cream was melted in the microwave... did any of the above hinder the recipe? The "tortes" do taste good... but I would like to make this the correct way next time!!!!

Watergate Salad
I'm not a huge "fluff" fan, but everyone loved it! DRAIN THE PINEAPPLE! USE PECANS! REFRIGERATE BEFORE SERVING! I garnished the top with some multi colored mini marshmallows!

Southwestern Pasta Salad
REALLY GOOD! I didn't have any Chili Powder (thought I did) so I had to use Mrs Dash "Caribbean Lime".... the main ingredient was Chili Powder. It ended up being to acidic so I added a fresh jalapeno pepper (with seeds). It balanced out the acidity perfectly! And I'll make it again. I garnished mine with three thin slices of lime wedges! Props to the creators!
