Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
These cookies are amazing!!!! I've never recieved as many compliments as I have for these cookies. And even a week later, they're still as soft as when they first come out of the oven!! This will be a recipe that I'll be making for a long time!!

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
Excellent!! Mixed the sauce the night before and just left in the fridge overnight. If it weren't for the kids, I would add a bit of Frank's Red Hot Sauce to the mix for a little bit of a kick. But did put some on individual sandwiches and it was amazing!! A DEFINITE repeat!!!!

Amber's Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
Like everyone else, increased the amount of sauce. used 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of honey instead of the recommended 2 tbs. Made for an excellent cold breakfast the next day also!!!

The Best Thai Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
This was an excellent peanut sauce! I also followed many people's advice and scaled way back on the amount of peanut butter (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup). Also used crunchy peanut butter to add some texture and authenticity to the mix. I like mine a little bit spicier so I also added cayenne pepper and a bit more than the recommended hot sauce. Also, combined this with Spicy Grilled Shrimp (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-Grilled-Shrimp/Detail.aspx) and some rice noodles. Made for an excellent dish!!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
Excellent, simple, and very tasty!! And the kids even loved it. The great thing about the slow cooker is that it's not a hassle to make a quick side dish to go with. This one is definitely a repeat!!

Very easy recipe and tasted delicious!! Very good on their own, but I also made rice noodles and "The Best Thai Peanut Sauce" (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/The-Best-Thai-Peanut-Sauce/Detail.aspx) and this made for an amazing dish!!!
