Butter Brickle Frozen Delight
Made this for the 4th of July. So yummy. The only bad this was there wasnt any left over! Super rich. Everyone loved it. I cant wait to make it again. I am going to try chocolate as per my husband's request next time.

Instant Pistachio Salad
The hardest part of this recipe is opening the can of pineapples. If you have a picnic and dont have time to make something, this is so easy and AWESOME. The only thing i added was cherries and you really don't even have to do that. You really need to give it a try.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
I am not a pork chop fan, but my husband is. It was so tender, i had trouble getting it out of the crockpot! It was actually really good! This will probably be the way I make pork chops from now on. Thanks!!
