This is DELICIOUS! and my favorite version of this recipe! I used more (2 small packages) Jello, about 2 cups of pretzels. Used powdered sugar in the cream cheese mixture instead of granulated. Made sure to let the Jello gel in the fridge a little (great tip!). Big hit at our family reunion over Memorial Day weekend.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

AMAZING! Crunch, sweet, salty! We used more popcorn (so the coating was not so thick) and used the microwave kind so it was already salted. Delicious!

White Almond Wedding Cake

This has become my 'go-to' cake recipe. I have made it white (AMAZING!), chocolate, red velvet (with german chocolate mix and a 1 oz bottle of red food coloring). All are wonderful! I personally like using DH mix and definately do not think pudding mix is needed.

Soft Sugar Cookies V

If you like thick, soft, delicious cutout sugar cookies, this is your recipe! They remind me of the good cutouts in the mall stores but they taste a lot better! Good with icing or just with sprinkles (LOTS of sprinkles). The dough is really easy to work with.

Amish White Bread

Made for the first time today. My husband gave it an 11 out of 10!!! Amazingly wonderful! I made it as written but am anxious to try it with whole wheat flour. Thanks for the GREAT recipe!

Avocado Green Goddess Dressing

Really wonderful, almost a variation on ranch. The color is amazing! Very thick, needs a little milk or buttermilk to thin it out to a pourable consistency.
