Egg and Hash Brown Pie

Loved this recipe! I did make a few changes. First, I cooked the hash browns for a bit and then layered the bottom of the pan with them. I did add one more egg and used 3/4 cup of milk. I then mixed the cooked bacon (cubed), cheese (Cheddar & Colby), green onions plus 1 tsp of salt, dash of pepper, oregano, garlic powder and dry mustard. Poured mixture over hash browns and baked for 20 mins. Added some more cheese on top and then let is bake some more for another 5 mins. Delicious!

Breakfast Cake

I thought this recipe came out good and it didn't take too long to make. But I did make a few adjustments. I used unsweetened apple sauce in place of the shortening, healthier substitution. I used brown sugar instead of white sugar. I didn't have any vanilla extract so I ended up using maple syrup instead. And used 2 teaspoons of baking powder based on other readers suggestions. You know adding some cinnamon and nutmeg in the mix is a good too.

Baked Pork Chops II

Loved this recipe. Don't like using too much oil. So basically seasoned the mixture with the brown sugar mixture and lemon juice and let it marinate overnight. Then I added the tomato sauce and cooked them as directed. Came out great.

Orange-Glazed Chicken Wings

This recipe is awesome. I did make a few changes such I used less sodium soy sauce, added a little more orange juice and red pepper flakes to the mix. It came out superb especially when you let marinate overnight.

Easy Butter Chicken

Good recipe but definitely best to season the meat the night before. Didn't have any tarragon so I added some oregano, basil and rosemary. Basically whatever tickles your fancy.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Awesome recipe and very easy to make especially after coming home from a long day of work. I did make a couple of changes such as, mixing all the ingredients together first before pouring into the dish, then topping off with the chicken. I used cream of mushroom condensed soup instead. Also increased the amount of rice by 1/2 cup and used about 2 1/2 cups of water. I also pre-seasoned the chicken with some garlic powder and added some frozen mixed vegetables. Yummy!!!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

I tried this receipe and it came out just wonderful. I didn't have any can French-fried onions but it the dish seemed just fine without it. Will definitely keep using this recipe.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

This meatloaf is awesome. I've made it a couple times already and everyone loves it. You can use any ground meat of your choice. My only two suggestions would be to double the sauce mix and to use tomato sauce instead of ketcup, much richer flavor.
