Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2013
Overall these were pretty good. The coffee flavor was not nearly as strong as I expected. I also imagine cutting back on sugar would work, so I may try that next time. 25 minutes was too long for my oven, they probably only needed 20-22 minutes.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2012
As written, this recipe is just okay. It does not need any water at all. The water actually ruins it. I also think that adding a pinch of nutmeg gives it that little something extra. With those 2 changes, this is a 5 star recipe.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
This casserole was delicious, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that is was a little too sweet for my taste. Next time I will reduce the amount of white sugar and I think it will be perfect.

Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
These were pretty good, mine came out a little greasy for my taste. I added some seasoning before baking the potatoes which added some flavor. Overall I think I prefer regular potato skins, but these are a yummy alternative!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This recipe is amazing, I did add mango and peach to it as well. I coated the apples in lemon juice before adding them and they never turned brown at all (even a few days later when the leftovers were in my fridge). Next time I will probably omit the rasberries, as they just turned to mush in mine. Great dish though overall, I served it with cinnamon sugar pita chips because I was on a time crunch.

Applesauce Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2009
This was a delicious pork loin. I marinated the meat over night to add extra flavor and added a tiny bit of ginger, which I think both added a lot to the recipe. It is very good for how few ingredients it calls for. Mine did cook up quite a bit faster, probably about 50 minutes and the sauce around the pork burned, but not the sauce on the pork. Great recipe overall!
