Chef John's Chicken Cacciatore
This was one of the best recipes I have prepared. This Chef know his biz. I did change a couple of small things. I used Rao's basil and tomato sauce; added a bit more red pepper flakes and chicken broth in lieu of water. I used Spanish rice on the side of the plate. My wife just loved this; the house smelled wonderful and I am a "believer". Chef John - thank you!

Seared Tuna with Wasabi-Butter Sauce
This recipe is a WOW! I agree with others that a thicker sauce is preferrable. The tuna was enhanced by the amazing flavors of the sauce. My wife said to only put it on the tuna, as I had added it to the green beans. Wish I had rice pilaf to add to this mix. Next time. I followed a few of the reviewers suggestions religiously and it worked well. We have friends from the UK staying with us next Sunday and they love this type of meal. I cannot wait to make this again and again. Darla, the chef presenter, we give you hugs for presenting this recipe. We love you.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
Each and every time I cook this my wife loves it. I have BBQ'd it, oven cooked and it is all about the seasoning. Delish! Thanks so much.
