Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2014
This is an excellent sauce/marinade I just made and can't wait to try it out. I would reduce the sugar a bit, for those who need to watch their sugar intake. Other wise, I give it a 5 star rating.

Tongue Tinglin Wasabi Dressing

Wonderful!! Just enough zip to it without being burning. Of course the wasabi can be adjusted to suit the eaters tastes.

The Best Thai Curry-Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2014
Absolutely wonderful. I cut back a bit on the sugar/honey (since I'm pre-diabetic), but still great. It would be good for a dip for bananas.

Orange, Honey and Soy Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2014
This is fantastic!! Would be great done with either real or soy chicken. Cooking it until it starts to get a little crispy adds to the flavor. Thanks April Leigh.

Faux Bombay Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
This is an excellent recipe for lower cholesterol. Great for replacing your home made fries. I would baking instead of frying. Put the oil in your pan, then the turnips and spices. Toss altogether to mix and pop in the oven about 350-375 for about 30 minutes. Less fat that way.

Breaded Turkey Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
I think this recipe is excellent. I like a little more spice to some things, so I added a bit of garlic powder. I think ginger or allspice would be nice as well. I give it a 5.
