Chicken Jalfrezi
EMMMMM, This is delicious, really easy to make, wonderful recipe, thank you. I did change a couple of things, I cooked the onion, ginger, garlic together, put tomatoes in and liquidized, it gave a very smooth sauce. Cooked the spices in oil and added the chicken until cooked, added the sauce and chicken together and cooked for 30 mins very slowly to infuse the flavours, it was wonderful. Thank you for posting. I also added bell peppers as suggested previously.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
I have just made this delicious bread, the first time I have ever made bread. My mum used to make it all the time. I rolled the mixure with my fingers did not knead, rolled it into a ball. Realised only when I had put all ingredients together that I did not have an egg so left it out. Used half butter half marg. Based with butter on top. Turned down the oven at 30 mins continued to cook until 50 mins was up, checking every five mins. This bread has turned out way beyond my expectations. Absolutely delicious and full of gorgeos flavour, a little sweet for me but next time I will put less sugar.

Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken
First time I have made anything like this, I am delighted, thank you, great recipe, my family loved it. I added a dash of five spice like someone else suggested but it was delicious without it too.
