Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Too mustard-y. I ended up slicing the chicken up and using it in a salad. Maybe Ill try it again and use Dijon instead of regular mustard, as other reviewers suggested.

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

These were perfect. They were tender and tasty! I used a spicy pork rub in lieu of pepper and they came out just right. As one review-er pointed out, you'll wan to place the foil-wrapped chops in a baking pan to make life easier.

BBQ Ranch Bacon Cheeseburgers

Was a HUGE hit with the entire family. Added a tsp. of pepper, a Tbsp. of Worcestershire and a Tbsp. of bread crumbs. Grilled 5 minutes, flipped, topped with cheese and bacon, grilled 5 more and they burgers were perfect and juicy.

Yum - Made with these adjustments for cupcakes: Full package (3 oz) of cream cheese 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar 1/4 Cup Whipped Topping Set in fridge for at least 30 minutes

VERY VERY VERY Spicy. But REALLLLYYYY good! Will make it again when Im feeling brave. Served leftovers with white rice or baked potato to calm the spice.

Easy To Do Oven BBQ Chicken

It was a nice change because it was tangy and sweet, but I wouldnt categorize it as BBQ. Was kinda watery, but the sauce was actually yummy. Would be good served over rice. More like an Asian dish.

Batman's Best Caesar Dressing

I did not care for this. It looked like Caesar but tasted nothing like it! I think the red wine vinegar and sour cream are not good choices. I was able to fix it by adding mayo, more lemon juice and Worchestershire.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Definitley juicy! Omitted bread crumbs all together (if you want your burgers more firm, you should definitly use bread crumbs). Also added a splash of white wine vinegar and a tsp of salt for some oomph. Love the cayanne. Topped with pepper jack and bacon... very very good!!

Simmer Family Turkey Stuffing

Definitley easy to make. Kind of plain (actually tastes a lot like Stouffers) Not my favorite but works if youre in a pinch. I did add some italion seasoning and salt, which helped, but this wasnt anything extra special. Great for beginners.

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Really good! Boiled the chicken, rather than baking. Boiled chicken shreds really easily. Mixed shredded chicken with the sour cream and spices and added diced green chilis. Didnt have green sauce, so I used red and this was GREAT! Might double up on the tortillas as the bottom layer next time, so they dont turn out as mushy, but otherwise this was REALLLY GOOD!!

Parmesan Garlic Bread

Definitley good but way too much salt. The garlic was prettty heavy too. Next time I will cut the salt in half and replace the garlic powder with real garlic. It was really buttery too, which was yummy, but if you wanted to cut the butter you could and it would still be great.

Cream Cheese Frosting I

Will never buy store bought frosting again!! I needed cake frosting so I left out the cream to give it a thicker consistency. It turned out perfect! I added food coloring to make it a really fun, bright frosting. Thanks for sharing, this was easy and its really yummy!

Lime Chicken with Cilantro Cream Sauce and Roasted Zucchini

The pasta was bland, the chicken was WAY too lime-y and the zucchini was mushy. I only marinated the chicken for 30 minutes and I baked the zucchini for 15. Despite my poor rating, I think this recipe has potential and I am going to give it another chance (if it works out better I will up my stars). I am going to saute the zucchini, rather than bake it and Im going to make the sauce a bit more creamy (like alfredo sauce). Last thought is to use feta cheese rather than parmesean. Looking forward to trying this again. Good luck to the rest of you!

Marinated Chicken Kabobs

These were yummy! I subbed honey for the corn starch and the chicken was prefectly sweet. I grilled these on tin foil to prevent the honey from burning (turned out to be a good idea). Added zuchinni which I will do more of next time in place of the green bell peppers. Served over white rice and everyone loved them!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops

Yummy! I made my own bread crumbs with sourdough and these were amazing! Also, I didnt have shallots so I substituted yellow onion in place of the shallots. Next time Ill be sure to use shallots and I think these will turn out perfect!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Its too hot to use the oven in July, so I baked this in my toaster oven at 400 for 14 minutes (large enough for 2 adult servings). Served this with spinach mashed potatos and it was perfect! Only thing I will change next time is to make small incisions across the top of the filet to allow the glaze to penetrate. Great recipe, thanks!
