Pan-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2002
This was an AMAZING dish! We took advantage of the season and served it at Easter brunch. The taste was awesome, and the texture was refreshing-crisp, and not soggy at all. And the garlic and a wonderful complimenting flavor. I have made this again several times, and will continue. This has become a family favorite!

Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2002
This was good, once I followed the other reviews and added a block of cream cheese. I also added some Tobasco sauce to give it a little kick, and some garlic cloves. After that, it was great, and I liked on bread and tortilla chips. It's wonderful topped with chopped tomato too.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2004
I just made this tonight and it turned out great! The topping really adds a nice touch to it, not to mention makes it easier and tastier than another crust. I did up the flour in the apple mix to 1/4 cup as others suggested, but that was the only change. I had Fujis and Goldens on hand and they worked great. With the upcoming apple season, this will definitely be a staple in our home! Thank you!!

Very easy to make, and very good! The flavors and textures mix so well, it's almost the perfect cookie! Even my father, who hates coconut liked it! I continue to make this over and over as it has tastes for everyone. Thank you!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2006
Oh my God, this is AWESOME! And SO easy to make! I've made it for a couple parties and also for my family. It is comfort food at it's finest. One note though that I learned on my own-don't use honey ham. The sweetness conflicts with the creamy cheesy flavor.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
I was really impressed at how easy and tasty this was! I'm not a fan of canned chicken, but it's not bad in a pinch. I've used cooked shredded leftover chicken. Initially I couldn't find the tomatoes called for, so I dumped in a jar of salsa. Fabulous!!! And with the addition of the tortilla chips and cheese-one word-YUM!!! Thank you so much for this easy and yummy recipe!

Pecan Tassies

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2012
This recipe was wonderful and easy! Very good-very easy-VERY RICH! I made these for Christmas. I actually doubled it, and all of them were gone within 2 days!! On about half of them, I dropped in 2-3 chocolate chips into each cup before adding the pecan filling. That was a good addition. I will definitely make these again. Also, in order to make the wells in the dough, I used the handle of my wooden citrus juicer and it was perfect.
