Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

I am so glad I found this recipe! It was a snap to prepare and absolutely delicious! I used petite Yukon gold potatoes, fat-free sour cream, and I omitted the milk.... I will definitely make these again. Thank you!

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Very spicy, which wasn't an issue for me, but my husband couldn't stand the heat, so next time I will use far less peppers then the recipe called for. I also followed another users advice and used less broth then the recipe called for and the texture came out perfect. I will definitely be making this recipe again in the near future!

Super Easy Spinach and Red Pepper Salad

Delicious! Made this on Saturday for a potluck and everyone loved it, it was so good I am making it again tonight! I followed the recipe with the exception of using red, yellow, and orange peppers, and tomatoes. I also used less oil then the recipe called for and it turned out outstanding!
