Campbell's® Slow-Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2014
Great for a potluck. The only thing I did differently was add a few chopped onions. I will definitely make it again.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: May 1, 2014
This one is definitely on my list to make again, and again, and again. Loved the flavor combination. I did add a splash of chicken broth as others have suggested, but that was just to keep the sauce from overcooking.

Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2013
Had this for an office potluck and it went over exceedingly well. I decided to give it a bit more flavor by adding a little liquid smoke and substituting some coke for the water. Will definitely make it again.

Limehouse Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2013
Followed the recipe exactly as stated, using only fresh ingredients picked up from the store that day. The entire dish turned out bitter. I'm not sure what went wrong but I will not be making this again.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
I followed the recipe and found that only the coating of the chicken had much flavor. I may try it again but marinate it in the olive oil/garlic mixture beforehand to see if I can get more flavor to come through.

Apple Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
There was too much food to fit into an 8x8 pan and it turned out wonderfully. Will definitely make again.

Peruvian Arroz con Pollo

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
I made this for a potluck, wanting something a bit different. Even though people were a bit scared off by the green tinge, my husband now insists that I make this again. THAT is a rave reivew from him.

Carrots in Dill Butter

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
These were an excellent change from our normal veggie side dish but cooking them longer than 20 minutes is not recommended, unless you like extremely soft (almost mushy) carrots. We used dill weed for a slightly milder flavor. I will definitely make these again.

Cream Cheese Penguins

These are so fun to make and share. There's nothing I can say about them that hasn't already been said. Will definitely make again.

Pecan Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
I served this with the Baked Dijon Salmon recipe on this site and even though there were only two of us, there were almost no leftovers. This is the best brown rice recipe I've had and will definitely be making it again.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
This is one of the best recipes I've tried in a long time. I served it with the Pecan Rice recipe from allrecipes.com and wilted spinach. Even though I goofed and added twice as much pecans (got the two recipes temporarily mixed up), my husband was tempted to go back for thirds. I will definitely be making this again.

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
This was a nice and simple dish to create. I agree with others that there was too much sauce to coat the fish with, so instead I coated the salmon with a thin layer and served the rest as a "dip". I definitely will try this one again.

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2010
I don't cook squash much so I didn't have much to compare it to. However my husband loved it. Will definitely do again.

Eggplant Parmesan I

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
This was ok, but for some reason the eggplant's skin was tougher than I thought it would be. My niece and sister loved it so I might try it again.

Chili Glazed Salmon

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
The recipe was just what I was looking for, but I goofed. Instead of having Sweet Thai Chili Sauce like I thought I did, I had Garlic Pepper Chili Sauce. I went ahead and followed through on the recipe using this different sauce but in order to compensate for the heat, I added about 1/4 cup honey. I cooked it a bit longer, too, but it still came out yummy... hot, but yummy.

Wiener Schnitzel

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
It was ok, but not for us. I think you need a really skinny piece of meat to make this recipe work. I may try it again later, but was quite disappointed as the meat never cooked all the way through.

Festive Nut Bowl

I was originally going to make it for a friend who has a very limiting diet but it never made it out of the house! My husband & I finished it off in record time. I will definitely make this again.

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini Deluxe

I tried this with suggestions from other posts, but it still was just ok. May make again for a large group... I don't know yet.

Stove Top Tamale Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
Surprisingly good for such a simple dish. Since it's so hard to find main-dish recipes with no milk, and impossible to find cornbread recipes with no milk (allergy problem), I was able to adapt this recipe using rice milk and it still came out good, just a little sweeter than expected. I'll definitely be making it again.

Chinese New Year Chocolate Candy

We had a chocolate social at an event I went to and these were snapped up so fast! And they're so easy to make. Will definitely do again.
