Confetti Bean Salad

Made this once and now it is a staple for our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. So easy and it keeps as a left over for about a week!

Easy Sugar Cookies

These worked out great. I used Splenda instead of the sugar and they still ended up yummy. I did flatten them out with a glass b/c when I cooked the first batch, they didn't expand and stayed in the little balls. Also, I dipped them in chocolate & covered that with sprinkles for an extra added 'pretty' factor. Good cookies! Will make again.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use fat free cream cheese, it doesn't look right, but it still tastes good.

Honey Bun Cake I

You don't have to add inches to your waist with this one. It tastes just as good when you substitute the fat-ful stuff with fat-free! Use applesauce instead of oil, use egg substitute instead of eggs, use reduced fat sour cream and use skim milk. I have sent the recipe out to 5 people so far who liked it! And you won't have to do extra workouts after eating it!

Peanut Butter Bon-Bons

Kind of like eating a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, but better! The crisped rice adds a good change of texture from the pb & powdered sugar. Kids love it because of the hands on action.
